Companies are on the hunt for creative talent, but finding people with the right skills and experience is more difficult than it has been in recent years. According to research from The Creative Group, 58 percent of advertising and marketing executives said it’s challenging to find skilled creative professionals today, the highest since 2010.
Following are the top five roles executives plan to hire for in the first half of 2016:
- Content marketing – 27%
- Creative/art direction – 27%
- Brand/product management – 26%
- Print design/production – 26%
- Interactive media – 25%
