In a recent article on how to inspire creatives, Adweek suggested rejecting the cliché “work day” stating that working on briefs every moment of the work day “can stifle creativity and lead to burnout.” What to do instead? TBWA senior copywriter Dontun Bello advises managers to encourage creatives to read trade publications, scroll through TikTok or see what’s trending on Twitter ‒ things that will later inform their work.
