September 2022 Newsletter
Heading into the first “normal-ish” fall since the Pandemic began it seems like everyone is looking to make their voices heard. Wherever you look, brands are coming back loud: bright colors, bold forms, and quirky patterns. Quarantine and isolation gave people time to focus on themselves and what makes them unique, and brands are following suit with a healthy dose of self-expression. Having trouble figuring out how you’d like to express yourself? Consider using more emoji. According to Adobe’s new Emoji Trend Report, 91% of US emoji users agree that emoji make it easier to express themselves. You may want to think twice before using this guy, though: 🤠. According to the poll, he is the #1 most misunderstood emoji in America.
