NewPage, the largest printing paper manufacturer in North America by production capacity, promotes Barry Nelson to Senior Vice President of Sales. Nelson, a 20-year veteran in sales and order management, has worked at Miamisburg OH-based NewPage since its inception. He’s promoted from the role of Vice President of Printing Sales.

Advertising agency Forge Worldwide hires Paul Kingsford as Creative Director. Kingsford previously worked for 10 years at Keiler & Company in Farmington CT, most recently as Associate Creative Director.

Marketing communications firm Inergy Group hires Roberta Cohen as Vice President in Account Services, at its Wilton CT operation. Cohen previously held the same position at another Connecticutbased marketing communications firm Creative Partners. She has a Bachelor’s degree in English literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Design North hires Andrea Sternas a design support specialist. Stern has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Jackie Wright joins HartungKemp as a Production Artist, bringing with her six years experience in print and interactive design and production. Wright has a BFA in visual communications from the Illinois Institute of Art. Ashley Hudsonalso joins the Minneapolis MN firm as a Client Liaison. Hudson studied art and graphic design a Northwestern College.

Packaging Graphics Director Ann Rich celebrates 25 years at Directions, a branding, marketing and packaging design agency in Neenah WI. Rich joined the firm in February 1983 as a graphic artist.

The Picture Archive Council of America is renaming its Copyright Education Program in memory of Jane Kinne, who for more than 50 years was a guiding force in the stock photography industry. Kinne, who died in 2007, was an expert in copyright issues, image-reproduction rights and media law and helped set professional standards for image use that govern the industry today.

Littleton Advertising & Marketing promotes Hugh Firebaugh to Creative Director from Art Director. Firebaugh has more than a decade of experience working with clients such at the American Red Cross and Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
