Rob van Vijfeijken joins BSUR from Great, where he also worked as Creative Director. He established his creative reputation in Holland as an art director with PMSvW/Y&R, Result DDB and Lintas, and later as Creative Director with McCann-Erickson and ARA. He replaces Joost Perik, who remains at BSUR as Creative Founder of the group.

Monast is promoted to Director of Communications, assuming responsibility for all phases of marketing communications. She joined Mohawk in 2000, and has overseen hundreds of projects and initiatives, working with designers and printers throughout the country. She also co-manages the Mohawk Show. Laura Shore continues to oversee communications at the strategic levels.

Van de Water began working with Mohawk in 2005 when his firm, Van de Water + Company, was retained to consult on product design after Mohawk acquired International Paper’s Fine Paper Division. His 25-year career includes positions at Lindenmeyr Paper, Southworth Company Sheaffer Eton and Simpson Paper as well as his own firms.

Tiroletto will work on the AIG, Aetna and Embraer accounts in her new position. Prior to joining Mintz & Hoke, she was freelancing in the Hartford area and earlier spent six years with Happy Dog Advertising, also in CT, as a Vice President and Senior Designer. Tiroletto worked on the Clarke, LifeOptions and Gelatissimo accounts during her career at Happy Dog.
