he will handle project design, management and coordination. His past work has been
recognized for design excellence by Applied Arts, Global Corporate Identity and
Graphis. Mapes has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design with honors
from the University of Georgia.

Gralnick’s past work for Poulin + Morris has included clients BKSK
Architects, S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and New York
Law School. She joined Poulin + Morris in 2008 and as a Senior Designer
will be responsible for project design, management and coordination. Gralnick
earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design with honors in 2008
from the School of Visual Arts in NY.

A 15-year veteran of advertising and marketing communications companies, Smith
previously served as partner of AdHere Network. In her new role, Smith will help
advance the cause of the Center for Excellence in Advertising, which was formed in
2008 to help the ad industry eliminate barriers and identify opportunities to achieve
a more diverse and inclusive workforce at middle and senior management levels.

Elmuts has more than 12 years experience in marketing and brand strategy with
consumer, technology and internet companies. She has worked with clients including
Microsoft, Intuit and Gateway. She is also a patented inventor of the OXO Good
Grips salad spinner, which has received awards for design innovation. Elmuts has a
BA in History from Harvard University and an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate
School of Business at Babson College.
SAUNDRA MARCEL

Marcel moved to New York less than a year ago from Dayton OH, where she was
a member of the senior level leadership team at Real Art Design Group, Inc. Prior to
that she was a product and packaging designer for Huffy Bicycle Corporation where she
designed thousands of original and licensed graphics for mass-market cycles. Marcel
also helped found and was Director of the AIGA Mentoring Program in Cincinnati OH.
