WESTPHAL COLLEGE OF MEDIA ARTS AND DESIGN
Lauren Beltramo is a senior Graphic Design student at Westphal College of Media Arts and Design at Drexel University. Originally from Valley Cottage NY, Lauren grew up with a love of art and design in an “amazing and supportive” family. Upon arriving in Philadelphia, this passion drove her to complete projects in new and innovative ways: whether by carving letters out of raw meat or trying to draw the perfect zombie. Under the guidance of encouraging professors, these pursuits have helped foster an impeccable understanding of type and design. She has also researched Drexel’s Polish Poster Collection, completed a six month internship at PJM Interconnection, and designed materials for the Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University along with a plethora of freelance projects. For whatever the future holds, she hopes to always have time for a good book, magnificent friends, and drawing robots.
