Justworks Sees Benefits Of Riding Subway

In an effort to make benefits packages and payroll sexy, Justworks teamed up with creative agency Circus Maximus to design and deliver an eye-catching print campaign deep within the New York City subway, reminding riders and their employers that the “benefits package of their dreams,” is available to them 24/7 – if they embrace it.

The ads appear on all major subway lines, including a prominent spot in Grand Central Station. Incorporating neon-hued billboards, each ad displays slogans and jargon integral to the Justworks’ brand, which aims to streamline arduous HR-related tasks during a time when benefits are more openly discussed than ever before. Partners, Paul Sutton and Ryan Kutscher are the brains behind the campaign at Circus Maximus, which recently won AdAge’s Gold Small Agency of the Year.
