Strategic brand design agency bluemarlin has created the identity and packaging design for Tropical Forest Products‘ new honey brand. The task: position Wainwright’s to reflect its premium quality, tell its story, and showcase a commitment to traditional craft.
The agency defined a central idea for the honey’s brand positioning – The Honey Collective – to capture the philosophy and ethos of a company that works with independent, like-minded beekeepers who champion traditional practices. The brand mark uses distinct typography to evoke its artisan commitment and British roots.
The packaging solution is driven by a “Tale of Two” concept: the left side of the “W” reinforces the brand in black and white with a tagline “United by Bees” while the right side uses colors and patterns to convey the locality from which the honey is harvested.
