Perdue tasked creative agency Enlisted Design with creating package design that betters reflect the brand’s animal care efforts and all-natural products, and that better appeals to younger customers unfamiliar with the legacy brand but who care about humane farming.
Through storybook-style illustrations, Enlisted created a signature farm scene that captures an optimistic future-forward vision. Hand-drawn details combine with wood-grain textures to bring the rustic pasture to life. Perdue’s familiar blue is made brighter and fresher while uncluttered typography more clearly states benefits and identifies products on shelf. The visual language celebrates the brand’s best practices and radiates a “sunshiney-fresh” vibe that is “anything but expected for a mass CPG brand.”
