Abbey Pitzer is a senior in the Graphic Design Communication program at Jefferson. Aside from being a full-time student, Abbey is currently the Co-President of the AIGA Jefferson Student Group, a writer for Her Campus Jefferson, and is on the Dean’s List. Before moving to Philadelphia, Abbey knew she wanted to further her education in a creative field and took a chance by declaring her major in graphic design – she hasn’t looked back since! She adores crafting ideas with visual elements and paying attention to even the smallest of details. When designing, she enjoys putting pencil to paper and has a growing interest in illustration and hand lettering. As such, she hopes to someday design greeting cards and children’s books. Her other passions include hosting game nights with friends, trying new eateries in Philadelphia, and going on hikes with her Australian shepherd.
