The latest smart speaker assistant? One that dispenses bourbon with a simple voice command. The folks at Beam Suntory have unveiled JIM, the first smart decanter, that pours shots of Jim Beam at your command. The voice is seventh-generation Master Distiller Fred Noe. The smart assistant answers other bourbon-related questions such “what is the weather?” The answer is always: “I have no idea, but I do know it’s the perfect weather to enjoy bourbon.”
