Alice, has unveiled a comprehensive new brand identity and digital ecosystem for EyePromise, bringing together three trusted names in eye care — EyePromise, PRN Vision Group, and Avenova — under a unified brand experience.
The project reflects the design and technology consultancy’s growth in the healthcare and wellness marketing sphere. Through work with companies such as microbiome innovator Pendulum, mental wellness platform Joy101, and now EyePromise, the agency is helping organizations translate complex science into accessible, emotionally intelligent brand experiences without sacrificing credibility.
“We’re seeing a profound shift in how health and wellness brands present themselves to the world,” said Paul Woods, Founder and Chief Design Officer at Alice. “Consumers want the reassurance of rigorous science, but they also expect brands to communicate with clarity, empathy, and design intelligence. Our role is helping organizations bridge those two worlds. We achieved that with the EyePromise work.”
The EyePromise engagement includes the creation of a new brand identity, an ecommerce platform, a provider portal, a digital/print campaign, and the migration of legacy customer and marketing systems into a single scalable technology foundation.

The new EyePromise Identity was developed around a clear, strategic idea: a promise made and a promise kept. Inspired by the ethical foundation of medical practice and the spirit of the Doctor’s Oath, the brand reflects the responsibility inherent in eye care where trust is earned through evidence, restraint, and long-term commitment rather than persuasion. The visual system is designed to communicate both clinical authority and human care. A distinctive graphic signature inspired by a doctor’s handwritten mark symbolizes personal accountability, while a precise typographic system, restrained color palette, and balanced photographic style reinforce credibility and confidence.
Alice also designed and developed a new digital ecosystem. A new website integrates education, product discovery, and e-commerce into a cohesive journey that helps consumers better understand their eye health while finding relevant solutions. The e-commerce experience was intentionally designed as an extension of the educational framework — supporting informed decision-making through clarity and guidance rather than urgency.
For eye care professionals, Alice created a dedicated provider portal offering streamlined access to practice resources, education materials, and wholesale purchasing tools, strengthening the connection between clinical expertise, product recommendations, and patient care.
