MARYLAND INSTITUTE COLLEGE OF ART (MICA)
Daniel Frumhoff is a graphic designer with an emphasis in typography. He holds a BFA from Webster University in Graphic Design and four Certificates from the Basel School of Design in Color Theory, Poster Design, Typeface Design, and Motion Design. Currently, he studies, practices, and teaches graphic design at MICA, where he is working towards his MFA. Daniel enjoys designing for print and screen, typeface design, screen-printing, letterpress, motion design, and illustration. He dreams of a world where design seamlessly integrates with functionality to facilitate social progression. He is a winner of the 2016 Adobe Design Achievement Awards as well as awards from HOW, Core77 and GDUSA, among others. Daniel has exhibited work throughout the U.S. and at the Norwegian Center for Design and Architecture in Tromsø, Norway.
