Madwell Brands Discreet DTC Condoms

Champ, a new line of DTC condoms and lubricants tasked creative agency Madwell with developing their brand strategy and brand identity. The national "Come Prepared" brand launch campaign will run over the next 12 months.

To overcome the sometimes unpleasant experience of shopping for condoms, Champ, a new line of quality condoms and lubricants, created products offered online DTC and delivered in discreet packages. To help bring their brand to life, they tapped indie creative agency Madwell to develop the brand strategy and brand identity.

Madwell created a website featuring product imagery, as well as the name, logo, voice and visual foundations which have inspired the creative behind the campaign “Come Prepared.” The campaign features original social ads and a Reddit video targeting consumers aged 18-34.

The campaign strategy focuses on brand awareness and reframing the conversation around shopping for “sex stuff” with a design that has a distinctly nostalgic feel. Creative credits include VP Creative Laura Etheredge; Creative Director Laura Wasson; Design Director Jason Torrez and Designer Vipasha Chauhan.
