Napa Valley Lifestyle Destination Hosts Modern Rebrand

Korn Design of Boston MA has helped turn two related Napa Valley hotels into a modern lifestyle destination with help from fashion Illustrator Manuel Santelices.

When Brookfield Property Group purchased The Estate in Yountville CA, the developer hired Boston-based Korn Design to recast the place as a modern lifestyle destination. The primary goal of the branding was to create “a new heartbeat in Yountville and a beacon for the entire Napa Valley region.”

The 22-acre property is accentuated by two luxury hotels with different personalities – the quiet Vintage House and the more social Hotel Villagio. Korn re-introduced The Estate with a visual identity that captures both the individuality of each hotel and the overall identity of the property as a whole.

Fashion illustrator Manuel Santelices was tapped to infuse The Estate’s brand identity with a feel that blurs the lines between fashion, hospitality, lifestyle and destination travel. Interestingly, the hotel opened days before the devastating Napa fires but was spared; it reopened within days.
