HAVAS, PHENOMENON AND MCGARRYBOWEN ALUM
High Tide has brought onboard Managing Director Brittney McDonald to help the creative studio evolve its approach and offering, while continuing to build more expansive partnerships with brands. McDonald has spent more than a decade driving growth at businesses ranging from large creative agencies to founder-led startups. After tenures at Havas, Phenomenon, and mcgarrybowen (now Dentsu), she eventually transitioned to the startup space, helping to build companies from the ground up. Through this work that McDonald cultivated a passion for helping businesses make a meaningful impact and she eventually formed her own consultancy for the sustainability sector, helping brands carve out strategies to help them scale while being culturally relevant.
For High Tide, McDonald will focus on serving brands’ unique challenges, especially in rapidly evolving times. Says agency Founder and Creative Director Danny Miller: “Brittney’s experience is so well rounded, giving her the ability to cut through the weeds and see very clearly what a business needs. This perception, along with the added ability to quickly operationalize around it, will benefit both High Tide and our clients.” Similarly, McDonald is excited for her return to the creative industries: “There are so many opportunities to embrace new ways of working, new types of collaboration and thinking out side the box on how we deliver an impactful creative output. If I can help guide that evolution while protecting what makes High Tide such a special team, I know we can be an even greater resource for our partners.”
