Jess Phillips is now Pearlfisher London’s new Creative Director. Starting as an intern at Pearlfisher in 2012, her consistent growth and development are testament to her exceptional creative thinking and approach, according to the announcement. Phillips has played an instrumental role in leading award-winning work, pitching and client growth over the last couple of years, and regularly represents Pearlfisher on global design platforms. In her new role as Creative Director, Phillips will work in close collaboration with David Jenkinson, Partner Design & Experience.
