Odgis+Co Takes NBCU Mentorship Program To Next Level

Odgis+Co has designed the Next Level logomark and wordmark for NBCUniversal’s mentorship program. The aim: attract attention and resonate with NBCU’s Diversity and Inclusion team mission.

Odgis+Co has designed the Next Level logomark and wordmark for NBCUniversal’s mentorship program. Using a combination of the client’s diversity and inclusion brand color palette, the mark aims to attract attention and resonate with the mission, while also being consistent with brand guidelines.

The wordmark incorporates hand-drawn letterforms positioned strategically under the colorful logomark which, in turn, is based on an abstract drawing of an ‘N’ letterform that unfolds and sweeps upward to evoke optimism.

The Next Level program takes the successful elements of existing mentorship programs at NBCU and compiles them into a self-serve mentorship experience designed to expand accessibility and reach to more employees at different career levels. Next Level seeks to provide an opportunity for networking, coaching, skill building, and preparation for the next level of career growth while teaching appropriate-level management skills and DEI culture to emerging leaders.
