Pearlfisher Promotes Former Intern Jess Phillips To Creative Director

Jess Phillips becomes Pearlfisher London's new Creative Director following an internal promotion. She has been with the firm since an internship in 2012.

Jess Phillips is now Pearlfisher London’s new Creative Director. Starting as an intern at Pearlfisher in 2012, her consistent growth and development are testament to her exceptional creative thinking and approach, according to the announcement. Phillips has played an instrumental role in leading award-winning work, pitching and client growth over the last couple of years, and regularly represents Pearlfisher on global design platforms. In her new role as Creative Director, Phillips will work in close collaboration with David Jenkinson, Partner Design & Experience. Says  Jenkinson: “Nurturing our own talent has always been an important part of the culture at Pearlfisher. From day one, Jess has been a highly-valued member of the team – with both clients and designers alike.” Adds Phillips: “I’m proud to be stepping into this role at Pearlfisher and thrilled to be recognized in this way. With such a brilliant design team around me, I am looking forward to leading our teams to build meaningful brands, ideas and futures for us and our clients.”
