Brand consultancy Redscout announced two key promotions that strengthen and expand its leadership team: Leah Brier Bienstock has been named Head of Strategy, and Jasmeet Gill has been appointed Deputy Head of Strategy.
Since joining Redscout as Senior Strategy Director in May, Brier Bienstock has drawn on her 17+ years as a collaborative leader and proven ability to unlock brand and business growth to redefine Redscout’s approach to helping drive brand and business growth for clients. As Head of Strategy, she will evolve Redscout’s strategic offering from brand platforms to integrated campaign strategies and to go-to-market planning, expand the company’s proprietary tools and processes, and mentor rising talent, strengthening Redscout’s consultancy model and strategic brand transformation work.
As Deputy Head of Strategy, Gill will focus on deepening cross-functional collaboration between Strategy, Design, and Client Services to deliver seamless, high-impact outcomes for clients. In addition, she will oversee key internal initiatives including talent resourcing, freelancer integration, and learning and development programs, ensuring the Strategy team operates with consistency, agility and innovation.

Brier Bienstock and Gill have both recently completed brand strategy projects for Redscout clients including Netflix, Sephora and Nike. Redscout has just engaged with Tailored Brands (Men’s Wearhouse, Jos. A. Bank, and others) on a brand reintroduction, which Brier Bienstock will also lead.
“Leah and Jas are two of the most talented strategy leaders in our industry. By gaining the trust of our client partners, they have enabled Redscout’s continuous pursuit of delivering exceptional, brand building work. For Redscout, seeing a new generation of strategy leaders step up is a great validation of the path we are on,” said Redscout CEO Ivan Kayser of the promotions.
These appointments complete Redscout’s leadership team, which includes Ivan Kayser (CEO), Francesca Ferrara (COO), Ashley Shaffer (CMO), and Flora Chan (Head of Design).
