Cynthia Zhu

MARYLAND INSTITUTE COLLEGE OF ART (MICA)

Cynthia is a graduate student in graphic design. She treats graphic design as a path to creation. She loves exploring and failing in the process. Getting stuck and starting over in the process is her daily routine. She prioritizes creativity and innovation. She loves multidisciplinary approaches and intersectional teamwork. Her works live in different forms, including branding, prints, advertising, motion graphic, photography, screens, etc. Her works have been recognized and featured in Behance Graphic Design Gallery, Asobo design, Mix & Match–Exploring Creative Collage Art. Cynthia never thinks graphic design will live alone; it’s always connected to communicating, idea-creating, critical-thinking, and problem-solving.
