Crystal Douglas

RICHARD T. ROBERTSON SCHOOL OF MEDIA & CULTURE | VIRGINIA COMMONWEALTH UNIVERSITY

Crystal Douglas is a five foot and half inch Tiny Anarchy from South Carolina. Despite her small town roots, this lady embodies an NYC hustle. Crystal is a first-generation college student graduating Magna Cum Laude, majoring in Creative and Strategic Advertising. Her curiosity led her to choose a career in Experience Design and her initiative drove her to learn systems, best practices, and other UX/UI skills, often on her own. She has since received accolades like the Martin Agency Endowment Scholarship, the Martin Agency Minority Scholarship, and the Barbara Fultz Women in Advertising Scholarship, receiving a cannonball at the 57th annual Richmond Show. While design holds a special place in her heart, fashion is her first love. As President of GroupMODA, a non-profit which creates a space for non-traditional fashion models, Crystal hosted two fashion shows using pieces from local Richmond designers.
