Rebecca Riemersma

AUBURN UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF INDUSTRIAL + GRAPHIC DESIGN

Rebecca Riemersma is a designer, cat mom, and Oxford Comma enthusiast hailing from Atlanta GA. She is currently in her senior year and will graduate Summa Cum Laude in May 2020 with a BFA in Graphic Design. She adores design because it allows her to discover new and creative solutions for problems in a world that’s constantly changing and shifting. While in school, she’s been able to dabble in the design world through an internship with Delta Air Lines and her job as Lead Designer for Auburn’s Office of Student Involvement. She’s passionate about conservation and sustainability, and seeks to apply her design skills in ways that better people’s lives. A textbook INTJ and an Enneagram Type 1: she’s driven, focused, and principled; always striving to improve, and constantly asking “why?”. When she’s not in the studio, she can be found designing her next tattoo, road tripping across the country for a concert, curating Spotify playlists, or hanging at home watching Netflix with her cats.
