The One Club Partners With Spotify For Portfolio Night

The One Club for Creativity has announced a partnership with Spotify to serve as exclusive sponsor of the club’s 2020 Portfolio Night All-Stars program.

The One Club for Creativity has announced a partnership with Spotify to serve as exclusive sponsor of the club’s 2020 Portfolio Night All-Stars program. Arguably the world’s largest advertising portfolio review program, Portfolio Night is a fast-paced evening of advice, networking and recruitment that takes place in dozens of cities on May 20. A highlight is Portfolio Night All-Stars, where industry professionals from each host city select the single outstanding young creative in their market with the best portfolio.  The “stars” are flown to New York, courtesy of The One Club, and spend a week working on a creative brief from Spotify, meet with Spotify creative teams for mentoring and feedback, and present their work to representatives of the brand on the final day.

“Spotify is a global platform with creativity at the core of our mission,” said Alex Bodman, Global Executive Creative Director, Spotify.  “We’re excited to partner once again with The One Club to help elevate and encourage some of the most exciting young creatives in the world.” Adds Kevin Swanepoel, CEO, The One Club: “Professional development is one of our four key pillars of programming, and we’re thrilled to have Spotify as a partner to help us bring this program to young creatives around the world. Their support and participation in Portfolio Night has a direct, positive impact on future generations of creatives.” Spotify was named The One Show In-House Agency of the Year last year, as determined by its performance in the ADC 98th Annual Awards.
