SONIC Drive-Ins Are Destination for Summer Fun

Sullivan Higdon & Sink is putting summer right in the palm of customers’ hands for SONIC® Drive-Ins. Tasked with combining seasonality with the Drive-In experience, the agency created a new packaging family that makes SONIC® the destination for summer fun.


Four designs were developed and spread across five cups and two bag sizes. The designs feature different summer destinations, including a beach getaway, a flavor-filled road trip, a camp out and a pool party. In each one, the cup is personified, demonstrating that wherever summer takes you, SONIC® is there to help you drink it in. The playful design elements and bright colors send customers on an adventure that, the agency and client hope, will keep them coming back for more all season.
