MARYLAND INSTITUTE COLLEGE OF ART (MICA)
Amanda is a senior majoring in graphic design and minoring in critical theory. She has a love for independently-made typography, open-source design, and internet history. Her work explores the intersection of technology and art, and what they tell us about human beings and culture. She builds unusual experiences with emerging technology as well as designs products that help people live in more fulfilling ways. This year Amanda is exploring alternative ways of interacting with screens and digital typography to uncover new ways we might consume digitized information in the future.
