Rebecca Nathanson

THOMAS JEFFERSON UNIVERSITY

Rebecca Nathanson is a senior in the Graphic Design Communication program. Starting her college career as a Fashion Merchandising Major, she redirected her energies to artistry and visual communications in all areas. Expressing her talents early on, her first experience in design began with hyper-realistic pointillism and mixed media. Her experience in artistry taught her how visual communications can evoke emotional responses and considers this effect in all of her work. When not working on current projects, she fills her time with freelance work, designing at a local startup, and continues her fashion modeling for boutique designers. She gets outside in the sunshine to hike, cycle, toss the ol’ disc (frisbee), travel, and play with her two mini poodles. Her current studies are focusing on strategic branding, designing for impact, and applying these concepts to digital through UX/UI design.
