COLUMBUS COLLEGE OF ART & DESIGN
Emily Burrows is a senior preparing to graduate with her BFA in Advertising & Graphic Design. She is an extremely organized individual motivated by minuscule details of color theory and typography treatments. From the work she creates to the setting and context of the project at hand, every little detail is well thought out and planned. Emily developed her love for design in her early school years, and this blossomed into a passion throughout high school. In her eyes, her most meaningful achievement is mentoring younger students at CCAD and helping them reach their goals. Emily’s caregiver personality drives her to utilize creativity and teamwork to make a difference in her field and motivate younger generations to find what design means to them. When she finds occasional downtime, Emily loves to read mystery novels, watercolor in her sketchbook, and photograph the world around her. After graduation, she wants to work for an inhouse company tackling brand identities or package design.
