Marcus Fei

CALIFORNIA COLLEGE OF THE ARTS (CCA)

Marcus Fei is a designer from China. Now a senior pursuing a graphic design BFA degree, Marcus believes that the role of the graphic designer is “connector” who connects new things to the unconscious, notion, and experience that everyone has. Marcus attempts design that is clear and direct with touches of fun and humor. He likes the moment when art and design meet technology, so he is always interested in new techniques. Marcus hopes to work in the technology industry, using the power of design to influence and improve the lives of people. At the same time, he is a team player, enlisting to opinions from all sides, and communicating well with various people. He values curiosity and is “a rational person who likes uncertainty.”
