Justin Juul Joins As Director of Social

Creative and media agency Cutwater has bolstered its leadership team by welcoming Amy Su as Creative Director and Justin Juul as Director of Social.

A multidisciplinary artist and storyteller, Su has led fully integrated, 360-degree marketing campaigns both agency-side and brand-side. Prior to joining Cutwater, she was at the likes of Meta, DiMassimo Goldstein, Wunderman Thompson, Dentsu, 215 McCann, and more. Most notably, she brought to life Shutterstock’s “It’s Not Stock, It’s Shutterstock” campaign, which garnered accolades from numerous awards programs As a bonafide content connoisseur, Juul has run high-impact, award-winning social activations across the tech and entertainment spaces. During his storied career, he has partnered with some of the world’s most iconic institutions, such as Google, Coinbase, and YouTube, to name a few. His strategic approach is informed by his unique background in journalism, and he’s no stranger to driving growth across multiple channels.

In their new roles, Su and Juul are working throughout Cutwater’s full client portfolio. The appointments follow the agency adding Matt Allen as Group Account Director as well as winning the creative and media agency of record title for medical technology company, Intuity Medical, Inc.
