Margaret Russo Joins Chase

Formerly Group Creative Director at Grey

Creative agency Chase Design Group (CDG) has appointed Margaret Russo to Group Creative Director, New Media. With over 16 years of experience at traditional/digital agencies, most recently as Group Creative Director at Grey Advertising, Margaret is described as “a seasoned storyteller who strives to inspire, delight, and move consumers to see brands differently.”  Her experience spans across many categories, with a special focus on Procter & Gamble brands. Highlights include the social launches of Time to Tampax with Amy Schumer and End Period Poverty for Always, digital leadership for Vicks, Cascade, and Dawn, and multimedia campaigns for VÖÖST vitamins and Hair Food hair care. She also notably spent a decade at the creative helm of Febreze, helping to grow the air care brand into an award-winning category leader through multi-pillar TV, radio, eCommerce, social, and digital work.
Her work with Procter & Gamble included an ongoing partnership with Clark Goolsby, Chief Creative Officer at Chase Design Group, where a natural kinship was born. “Getting to collaborate with Margaret on shared projects over the last few years was such a rewarding experience. Her approach helped me grow tremendously as a creative. I feel truly lucky that now everyone else at Chase Design Group has the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with such a talented, thoughtful, and passionate creative.” In her new role, Margaret is expected to help elevate and expand CDG’s offerings across copy, campaign, and digital.  Chase Design Group has offices in Los Angeles, New York, and the UK; founded in 1986 by the late Margo Chase, the firm’s expertise spans brand strategy, identity development, package design and retail environments.
