Brand experience and packaging design agency Vault49 names Meg Asaro the agency’s first Head of Strategy. Co-founder Jonathan Kenyon says of the appointment: “Brand Strategy, Creative Strategy and unlocking street-level insights are at the heart of the work we do at Vault49, and Meg brings a wealth of brand, creative, and design strategy expertise along with strong leadership experience to the team. In this newly-created role, Meg will build on our strategic offering for brands, and lead the development of our growing Strategy team across both studios. As we celebrate 20 years of Vault49, there has never been a more exciting time to welcome Meg onto our leadership team.” Based predominantly in New York, Asaro will oversee the Strategy team spanning Vault49’s NYC and London studios, and working across the agency’s global clients such as Diageo, PepsiCo, and Colgate-Palmolive, as well as collaborating on projects with start-ups and entrepreneurs. Says Asaro: “We share the belief that cracking culture is key to successful brand disruption for both NTW and heritage brands. By decoding and recoding brands and culture simultaneously, we can build brand meaning, innovate new pathways and create growth. I am excited to build on the agency’s strong foundations to create impactful brands that connect with people.”
