EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR

An Emmy-winning Executive Creative Director, Anna Minkkinen is a creative veteran with an impressive history in branding and design. Overseeing campaigns and rebrands for clients such as CNN, Comedy Central, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Marvel and National Geographic, Anna has been a creative force and voice in a traditionally male dominated industry. Within the past year, she has been a leader in developing a multi-year global marketing campaign for Marvel. She also completed cross media campaigns for CNN, including the latest season of the popular decade series “The 2000s.” In addition, she led a team of talented women designers in the launch of CleoTV, a new network for millennial African American women. Last, but certainly not least, she completed work on the comprehensive, award winning rebrand of Comedy Central.
The importance of variety in Anna’s career shines through in her two decades of experience. Wearing many hats — strategist, writer, designer and live action director — she has worked in all media and platforms, including digital, on-air and large-scale activations. This includes rebrands for TVLand, A&E and Nickelodeon and on large-scale projects for MetLife Stadium and the Barclay’s Center. Attesting to her range, she has done everything from the repackaging of Sesame Street on their 40th anniversary to developing sports packages and campaigns for Fox, the NFL, and The New York Rangers.
Born in the U.S. to a Finnish family, Anna has always been drawn to working at creative companies that have an international flavor and collaborative teams. Before coming to loyalkaspar, she was a Creative Director at Trollbäck + Company. Her Scandinavian roots inform many things about her design philosophy, and her belief in the power of boldness and simplicity. Over the last several years, she has enjoyed working at loyalkaspar, a boutique agency that fluidly merges strategy and creative.
