HOWARD UNIVERSITY

I am more than a visual artist. In my free time, you can catch me watching cartoons, jotting down any doodles or ideas I have, listening to new music, running — a lot and fast, taking nature walks/hikes, going out with my friends, online shopping, learning yummy recipes, and overthinking! Growing up, I loved to explore nature, then spend hours making slideshows and cool designs in Microsoft PowerPoint. It wasn’t until college that I was able to bring back the childlike essence and viewpoint of my creativity and embed it into my work. Through fashion and the arts, I can manifest my spiritual gifts into a tangible form that I am able to share with others. I value shaping my goals not based on accolades or egos or what’s considered prestigious, but on the processes I enjoy. That’s who I am and what I stand for.
