On June 21, employees of Yupo Corporation America (YCA), their families, invited dignitaries and senior company executives visiting from Yupo Headquarters in Japan enjoyed a beautiful day to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Yupo Corporation. The offices closed early to allow attendees to enjoy a catered lunch, play yard games, take factory tours and have some ice cream all on the grounds of YCA’s campus in Chesapeake VA. The company produces YUPO, a recyclable, waterproof, tree-free Synthetic Paper with attributes and properties that is popular with printers and designers for a variety of marketing, design, packaging and labeling needs. It is produced in several grades.
