HZDG Helps Brand Luxury Building

For client PNHoffman, the Washington DC-based real estate developer, integrated ad agency HZDG brought to life one of the District’s most luxurious new condominium developments to come on the market in years. The assignment began with a brand positioning for the luxury condominium development, then grew. Next, HZDG created the name – Vio – an expression of the personality of the flagship residential component of the larger Wharf development project revitalizing Southwest DC’s waterfront.

HZDG also designed and built Vio’s website and created, designed and published a glossy, sumptuous luxury magazine as well as elegant promotional marketing materials, digital and print ads.
