Bartlett Brands For Exponent Beauty

The inaugural Neenah Gold Award recognizes the best use of paper in package design in connection with the 2023 GDUSA Package Design Awards. Selected by Neenah’s in-house creative team, this year’s winner is a striking and complex project by leading brand and design firm Bartlett Brands for Exponent Beauty.



In light of the client’s mission to raise the bar on active ingredient efficacy in skincare products, Bartlett Brands explains: “Since lost actives are a lost cause, Exponent’s vision was to reinvent skincare from formula to packaging to branding with us … After researching, testing, strategizing and navigating around endless complexities, we  leveled up all the things: elegant branding that embodies the aspiration, refillable packaging that doubles as a showpiece and a dialed-in consumer experience that reinvents the daily routine to be anything-but-routine.”



As an integral part of the project, Bartlett Brands specified NEENAH® Folding Board 100 PC White Vellum as a stylish and sustainable solution. The project will be prominently featured on the Idea Shop and Bartlett Brands will have the opportunity to collaborate with Neenah on a national promotion.
