Little Big Brands Expands Strategy Team

Little Big Brands has bolstered its strategy team with the addition of two industry experts. Robin Lauffer (left) takes over as Director of Strategy & Research, where she will help businesses and brands reimagine what’s possible. A self-professed addict to meaty, complex business and brand challenges, Lauffer previously held top strategy positions at Batten & Co and Consumer Dynamics, as well as working internationally for several UK agencies. With her experience across four continents and 15 countries, she developed a sharp sensibility for tracking global trends and anticipating shifts within the consumer and business landscape. Clients have included Johnson & Johnson, Tiffany & Company, Norwegian Cruise Line, Daimler, and SABMiller/ABInBev, among many others.

In addition, Katherine Richardson has been named Senior Strategist. Richardson got her start in the Omnicom network and brings a well-rounded strategic background and passion for consumer insights. She’s worked with companies spanning healthcare, CPG, and luxury to define their positioning and unique place in the world – from beauty brands in Japan to biotech start-ups in the US. She loves helping brands articulate who they are, studying consumers, and predicting the next big trends. “Both Robin and Katherine share our passion for storytelling and generating big, bold ideas,” says Crystal Bennett, Partner, LBB. “Our goal is always to provide clients with the most creative product, hatched from truly compelling insights. And we’re backing that up by hiring the best talent, and investing in our business.”
